Investigação apura se o tiro atingiu um poste antes

A reconstituição da morte da menina Ágatha Vitória Sales Félix, de 8 anos, durou cerca de três horas e contou com a participação de apenas dois dos 11 PMs envolvidos direta ou indiretamente no crime, ocorrido no dia 20 de setembro. A mãe da criança, Vanessa Sales, passou mal e também não esteve na reprodução simulada, que aconteceu no Largo do Birosca, no Complexo do Alemão.

Os dois PMs presentes sustentaram que dois ocupantes de uma moto passaram atirando contra a equipe de policiais, quando houve a troca de tiros que atingiu Ágatha dentro de uma Kombi.

"Perto do local tem um poste que apresenta sinais de arma de fogo e é possível que o tiro tenha atingido o poste e desviado até a menina", afirmou o delegado Antônio Ricardo, chefe do Departamento Geral de Homicídios e Proteção à Pessoa (DGHPP), acrescentando que o laudo da perícia deve ser divulgado em 30 dias.
